Olam Consulting, a team born out of rural service provisions across a continuum of care, aims to provide training and technical assistance support that is specific to the needs of rural providers while being flexible enough to meet nuanced, specific needs of of our clients – all while promoting the most up-to-date service models with consistent evidence-based practice standards to magnify impact.

Unlike other underserved populations, providers categorized as rural do have some advantage to their disenfranchised status from a training and technical assistance perspective. Many rural barriers impact providers universally – such as transportation and housing access. At this moment in time, America has a significant number of solutions being piloted across the country to improve delivery models.

Olam intends to capitalize on a broad array of rural analysis that can assist our clients in eliminating “reinventing the wheel” when defining individual best practices.

Olam’s intention is to design materials and data collection tools that can aid our clients in making seemingly individualized decisions within their own contexts with specifically rural evidence serving as the backbone.
